Description: You are buying a lot of 4 new/sealed box sets (First and Last and Always, Floodland, Vision Thing, and Some Girls Wander by Mistake). I am the original owner and these have been out of print for years. These are UK releases pressed on black vinyl between 2015-2017. Each slip case box set contains the album on 33 RPM and 3 EPs on 45 RPM. The exception being Some Girls Wander by Mistake which is a double LP and only contains 2 EPs. Therefore, each box set has 4 records (I believe all are housed in polylined inner sleeves inside their printed inner sleeves), totaling 16 records. Even though it is obvious a great deal was put into making the box sets congruous with one another, there are small differences usually related to how they were originally released. A couple have posters, a couple have gatefold jackets, there is spot gloss, and there are matte finishes. The jackets are thicker than their 80s/90s versions but contain the original artwork. I'm pretty sure every record is 180 gram for whatever that's worth. While these releases claim to contain download codes I believe all have long expired. I don't know the exact mastering chain for each release, however they claim to have been mastered and cut from the original production tapes. Any look into Andrew Eldritch's career in the last few decades will show that he is content in treating The Sisters as a museum piece; he hasn't resorted to cash-grabs like many legacy artists. I implore any potential buyers to do their homework as to whether or not these are the definitive sounding versions as many fans have professed. Likewise, I want to remind that I don't do returns (if there are issues with a sealed album that is with the label/manufacturer and these are clearly out of warranty), so if a bug got pressed onto the chorus of No Time To Cry... I'm sorry man. That said, reviews about the quality control have been positive across the board. I have stored these records correctly for many years now and am ready to let them go. The issue of shipping is obviously a difficult one but I have years of experience and can confidently say these will be packaged with the utmost care (you may have to sign for a bomb-proof pallet haha joking... kind of). Please message me if you have any concerns (obviously do not bother buying if you have zero feedback). I am not interested in lowering the price, if I should change my mind it will be reflected on the buyer page, not because of any offers sent. As someone who's been a fan of this band since before these particular releases and has searched eBay for all kinds of Sisters-related pressings, it is not often that all 4 box sets are sold in one package. The amount of sellers who have these brand new and are willing to sell is quite rare, add in the audiophile aspect and the fact that this is practically their entire discography, hence the price. One last thing to note: the cellophane on Some Girls Wander By Mistake is peeling (see stacked photo) so don't expect that to last through shipping for any potential buyers that want to keep theirs sealed. Thanks for looking.
