They introduced themselves to me, Floyd B. Robinson; as I had just fin-ished for the day. The ■joke Duet was very impressing to me, as gospel singers. Itold them "to come back for my Sunday broadcast."On Sunday January 21, 1968 ; I played The Cooke Duet's record for the first timeon Radio Station WPFB. The album I played at this time was titled, "A Better PlaceTo Go". I have played their records for the past 6 years.The Cookes have just recorded their latest album: "I Know Jesus Will Welcome MeHome". They are now known as The Singing Cookes. They are joined by their sons.I hope you will enjoy this album, as much as you have other albums in the past. Ithink this one will be a blessing to many.When they first started singing it was just Hurbert and Jeanette with their two redguitars. Now it is their sons who help them.
