Description: This is the original (1sh) 1971 movie poster THE INCREDIBLE 2 HEADED TRANSPLANT. It was used to promote the film in theatres when it was released by American International in 1971 It is not a reprint nor a reproduction. The movie stars Bruce Dern, Pat Priest (of THE MUNSTERS fame), Casey Kasem, Albert Cole, John Bloom, Berry Kroeger, Larry Vincent, Jack Lester, Jerry Patterson, and Darlene Duralia. It was directed by Anthony M. Lanza. This restored movie poster is Rolled and linen backed. The poster measures 27" x 41". The poster was rolled once it was linen backed. With the linen backing, it now measures approximately 29" x 42.75". This poster was originally Folded. Almost all original movie posters pre 1985 are Folded. This is not considered a flaw or defect.This Restored movie poster is graded C8.5, or Very Fine to Near Mint. This grade is generally the highest grade a restored original movie poster can receive. Original movie posters are graded, from the top down, as C10 (Mint), C9 (Near Mint), C8 (Very Fine), C7 (Very Good to Very Fine), C6 (Very Good), C5 (Good to Very Good), etc. It is difficult to find any C10 (Mint) original movie posters pre-1985. This original movie poster would qualify for a C9 Near Mint, but we follow the above policy of not grading higher than C8.5 for restored movie posters. Prior to restoration this poster was graded a C7.5 Very Fine Minus. Restoration corrected minor separation at the Fold lines, edge and fold wear, pinholes, several small creases, tears along the borders, and a few faint stains/smudges. There were also some tape along the corners to repair the tears. The poster is now beautiful with no post-restoration flaws that we noticed after very close inspection under bright light. When comparing to other original 1971 movie posters for THE INCREDIBLE 2 HEADED TRANSPLANT, our listed price may seem a tad high. But we believe that most, if not all, original 1971 movie posters for THE INCREDIBLE 2 HEADED TRANSPLANT will exhibit several, if not numerous, flaws - that will detract from its' appearance - that our poster no longer has on it.
