Initial release was limited to 6,000 copies and presented to members of Congress and the Senate. Original covers and spine. The front and back covers for many of the volumes have torn away from the spine itself. Spine is cracking as depicted in photos. The pages of the book themselves are largely in good condition overall. One page was noted to have a potential water stain as depicted in photo. Will be a bulky and heavy shipment.
