I would recommend running them under warm water to get the joints loosened up. Each joint has moved nice and smoothly before I have put them in storage, so I know they are all nice and solid and had no breakage.** Stored in a dark/cool environment. Kept away from direct sunlight, packaging and figure does not have any sun damage. These figures have since been discontinued.
