Rem oil wouldnt damage the knives if it had got on them but the knives were closed in plastic so theyre perfect. I use lubricant on the joints of my knives and somehow the bottle leaked. Because the boxes are damaged I lowered the price. I'm pretty reasonable though so if you want to offer me a little less Im willing to negotiate.
