Beef Jerky is made when ordered so you are guaranteed to get it FRESH in an air tight vacuum bag or a resealable sealed new bag. I also put an oxygen absorber packet in all orders so that your beef jerky will remain fresh for longer periods of time after opening the package. You will also notice that this beef jerky is so fresh, it is still a bit sticky (this is normal as I do not over dry the beef to the point that it is like flavored shoe leather and as a side bonus, it provides some great finger licking).When making your order, the reason for a 3 business days processing time is, your order will be made after your order is placed (I do not stockpile an inventory).
