Description: Storck & Sinsheimer Hanau 800 Silver Bacchus Finial Engraved Glass Decanter Antique German clear blown glass decanter with engraved floral swags and cut stars. Star cut base. German 800 silver mounts with putto cherub Bacchanalia scenes around the bottom and neck. 800 silver stopper with a finial of a cherub as Bacchus holding a goblet or wine glass and grapes. Hallmarks for Hanau, 800 silver, and Stork & Sinsheimer, circa 1874 to 1926. Has a few small dents to the edge of the silver stopper, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 2 3/4 inches wide x 8 inches tall to the top of the stopper. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece. GX
