Description: Up for sale are a pair of used, but very nice, Smith & Wesson M-100 Chain-Linked Nickel Finish Handcuffs & Key. The handcuffs are a carbon steel with a nickel finish and feature 23 locking positions and a maximum distance between cuffs of 2". The overall length is 8.98" and each cuff can expand to a maximum of 8.4". One key is included with the handcuffs and the cuffs open and close without issue.
