Description: Set Of Repurposed Table Legs For Farmhouse or Rustic Table Leges are 29" Antique 18th-19th Century Oak Hardwood.Please Note - There are 4 Legs to a set, they are being sold as a set of 4 Legs - The wood appears to be Oak.- Size is 29 3/8" to 29 1/2" tall by 3 3/4" at the thickest point.- Legs have been used you will note, mortice joints, even holes where they were modified for a coil spring.- Please note, if you plan to add a 4" X 4" piece on for easy mounting, I have 3/4" - 1" hardwood down rod, I would include for free but only if you message me for it.- They are very heavy and will weigh about 30 Lbs when mailed.- The Legs are most likely from late 1700's - mid 1800's.- In Photo shows old finish, it appears to be crackled original, no paint. easily removed.- The Feet have been modified metal roller ball glides (about 1 1/4" tall) these can be removed, legs will be just over 28".- Repurposed from a rope type bed, that has been changed over the years. Rope beds were common from the 1600's when they were invented, the fell out of favor in the mid 1800's when the coil spring mattress was invented.
