Description: I don’t know much about this piece. It says it’s a wind up toy, but I’m not sure. It definitely looks older and I’ve never seen one before. Please review all photos for condition. What you see is what comes with it. Box shows wear for its age. Plastic window is coming down and has tear. Also it is somewhat yellowed. Very cool piece overall. I’m unsure of the scale.
