This is a base pad that slides over the factory magazine base plate. The pad is locked in place with two 6-32 stainless steel set screws. This does not add any capacity to the magazine. Works with Savage 10 round factory 22lr and 17 Mach II magazines only. Allows for faster reloads and easier handling of the magazine from a magazine holder or a shooting bench. Perfect for shooting competitions. Your magazines will stand upright on a hard level surface with this base pad installed. These base pads are 100 percent made in the USA. Limited production run.
