Description: Lab World Group The Sartorius Biostat RM 2050 Wave Bioreactor provides a reliable, robust, easy-to-program wave mixed reaction system that fits easily on your benchtop. The gentle waves the rocker unit creates mean the media surface is constantly renewed, giving you low sheer and bubble-free aeration. This benchtop wave reactor is ideal for small-scale production, process testing, and applications that don’t require pH or DO feedback. The Biostat RM is fully configurable in rocking rate, angle, temperature, and gas connection. Users can set their desired parameters from the intuitive, backlit, full-color display with three user levels that guide them through setting their parameters. The Sartorius BIOSTAT RM 20/50 has a gassing rate of 0-500 ml/min per bag, a fixed CO2 range of 0-15%, and a temperature control range between ambient temperature and 40°C. Data collected by the Bioreactor can be visualized on the color display or exported through the RS232 to communicate with a PC. This single-use Bioreactor is also configured for twin operation of two bags at once on the same rocker, with independent controls for gassing and temperature control, and each holds up to 10 liters.
