Description: For your bidding consideration is a brand new Sargent Door Knob Keyed Entry Lock. It is a 6line Bored Lock. All the pieces are included. The color Satin Bronze is very attractive and is more accurately reflected in the photos 3 and 4 and in my opinion, for what it's worth, exudes a more contemporary feel than a traditional brass knob. I had purchased this with the intent to use it but was unaware that the backset size is not necessarily universal. The backset on this entry lock is 2-3/4". On my preexisting opening I need a 2-3/8" backset. For that reason and only that reason, I am listing it for sale. I have not opened anything that was not already opened. I never attempted to set it up. All the pieces are there. And just a reminder there is that very minimal smudge on the collar of the knob that is on the key side which was not mentioned by the seller I purchased it from. But the collar does rotate and can be positioned at the bottom so you would never see the little smudge unless you were on the ground. You can actually see it on the upper left side in photo number 4. It almost looks like magic marker. But again that collar can be rotated so it would not be seen.
