Lots of Black Tassels, some short some long, some beads flow right, left, long. Red short & Long Strnds allowing the lighter lining to peep through. These antique beads are glass and slightly irregular shape but very glinty & shiny. Purse has more than 4,000 of beads A-Flapping & A-Swinging. Lots of movement & Shine. Still another tassel at bottom, This time red knotted with black. Pale orange yarn rope drawstring, & cotton lining, with matching organza a ruffle at top.I purchased it in need of a new hoop inside, as celluloid one had brokem. I replaced it with a thin metal hoop. I filled in & reinforced the few little places that needed it.Purse is 10 1/2 " long not counting drawstring, and opens to only 3" wide & 7 1/2" long. This is a beautiful bold antique Well-made purse, in good condition! The only slight issue is the orange chiffon ruffle at the very top is fraying; but still in strong condition.
