Description: Bragi The Dash or The Dash Pro Wireless Headphones Accessories Replacement Parts For one part per order, choose part from menu. All orders include memory foam ear tips, 6pc sm/md/lg. Charge case- There are three options for charger case. Just the charger without the cover, the cover only with no charger and both the charger and cover. Chargers are tested and in nice condition. Ear Tips or Ear Wings-Tips or wings are used unless stated as new in the menu. Used tips or wings have been thoroughly cleaned. Left or right headphone-You can use replacement speakers to replace a lost or damaged speaker however it requires a firmware upgrade using bragi updater program. Search google for "bragi updater" and download the program. Run the program and follow the instructions. If your current speaker is already upgraded to the latest firmware choose "update firmware again". This has taken me up to 20 minutes to complete the firmware upgrade, so even if the program seems frozen do not remove the speakers from the case, close the update program or unplug the usb. When connecting again thru bluetooth first delete/forget the last bragi bluetooth connection, then enter pairing mode (hold finger on right headphone while both sides are in your ears) do not select "the dash ##X" option (it will have an X at the end), wait until "the dash ##" shows up (will not have an X at the end). Inside the bragi app go to settings then select "disconnect from app" and connect again. Serial number of headphones or charge cases are recorded before shipping.
