Description: Here is a very rare mahogany wood carved and pieced together approximately 1/16 size model of what looks to me like a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS vintage hot rod car. It's a bit roughed up as I describe below. But it is RARE in any condition and nice ones sell for around $300. It weighs a hefty 3 pounds 7 ounces and measures 12.5" long, 4.5" wide and stands tall 3.5" tall. The car could also be a 1967 or 1968 model which all used the same frame and design. But to me it looks more like the 1969 model. It has a raised hood and the 3 line air intake slots in front of the rear wheels (not seen on all models, but some). It has a rear spoiler although its been beat up a bit. Wheels designed to move, although only one wheel moves freely, the others need a little urging. Nice lighter wood used for the hood and the trunk sharpens up the look. the windshield and the windows have been painted black to give the appearance of windows. It's got wear and tear, but looks really cool from a distance (as does some of the not fully restored real Camaro's - lol). This model shows wear, damage and a few missing pieces, but is still extremely rare. Driver side door handle is missing and the passenger side door handle is a little loose. The driver side head light is missing. The spoiler on the back of the trunk is chipped with some wood missing. Three of the wheels turn hard (only the passenger right side turns easily). The passenger front side wheel's metal rod is bent and the wheel bends in a little. I didn't want to try to bend it back too hard in fear of breaking the wooden wheel. There are numerous other nicks and impressions in the wood here and there.
