Description: Pencil sharpener is in good used vintage condition. It has surface rust but nothing significant. I did not try to clean the item at all because I did not want to scratch it or do any damage. The plastic on top has a minimal crack in it. The handle and gears move smoothly, as does the sizing wheel for the sharpener. All screws joints and connections are solid. This is a heavy piece of vintage steel, made in America!
