Neary for the Permanent Marine Corps Uniform Board Headquarters in Washington D.C. and the History and Museum Division. There are 12 plates in all. These are original prints of the plates that was distributed by the USMC and NOT mass produced copies I've seen online. They measure 16x20 inches and look quite nice. Just a bit of wear from age and storage and staple removal marks from the portfolio they came in.
