Description: Very rare Titanic sister ship ORIGINAL floor plans of the R.M.S Olympic from 1913. This is not a reproduction. The R.M.S Olympic was the sister ship to the Titanic and very much resembles the Titanic. This is one the prized possessions in my Dad's large collection of historical items, which includes original items from the Civil War, WWII, WWI, a piece of amour from the 1600's, whaling artifacts from the 1800's, toys from his generation (he's 86 now) and just a ton of stuff. I believe this has been in our collection for 50 - 60 years. At 86 years old, my Dad is at the age where he's willing to sell some of his valued collection knowing it will help family out and that the warehouse sized building that houses it probably will be too impractical for our family to keep. Photos best describe condition. In researching this rare item I've found and met only one person that has one of these. Compared to theirs, they consider ours in good condition. But obviously carefully examine as it's over 100 years old and certainly has imperfections. They bought theirs 2 years ago, and advised me of the value. Our floor plans has been discussed online in R.M.S.Titanic/Olympic White Star Line groups and a lot of people have shown interest in it, but we haven't actually put it up for sale until now. Someone that purchased one of these very rare floor plans 2 years ago messaged me and told me in detail of it's value, so I'm pricing based on their information they discussed with me.
