Description: Dimensions: 6 1/4" long, 5 1/2 - 6" diameter Fire salvaged Oregon Pacific Yew wood. This piece has over 30 rings per inch! Nice old growth tree. Great colors and even some nice dark streaks. It has a few checks and partial ring shakes. *** There is a hole from a nail in this piece, but it's the only one. The nail went in about 1 inch into the tree. There is no other metal embedded in this tree. It's the only nail I found in the whole log. *** This piece has been dried indoors for 2 years and is at 14% moisture content and very stable.
