The seals, waves, and coral are raised and have a three dimensional look. Measures 8 1/2" x 16 1/2".Condition good. Very light hairline and tiny shallow glaze chip on one corner. Glaze chip has a paint touch up. Has Wedgwood maker's mark under base.
