Description: This rare 1910s Belgian “Cercle du Parc “ litho hinged cigarette tin, measuring 2 3/4” x 3 3/4” x 3/4" is in good condition with no rust, a small crease on one side and some minor age related paint scratches and chips. Much of the original high gloss finish remains. The hinge is in excellent working order. This highly attractive beige tin features two gentleman smoking cigarettes while seated in easy chairs at the “Cercle du Parc”, a meeting place in Brussels for gentlemen devoted to the “art of conversation". A opened tin of “Cercle du Parc” cigarettes is on the table in front of them. The cigarettes were manufactured by Aug Eymael, Brussels, Belgium
