Description: This is the 2014 Chicago Public Library Rahm's Readers Summer Learning Challenge tote bag. Rahm Emanuel was the major of the City of Chicago at the time and is currently the US Ambassador to Japan. This is a cloth-type tote bag, based on my perception of it. I could not find a tag on it. It has some stains and imperfections and minor staining. Not all imperfections may be pictured. When expanded and including the handle, it has a square of approximately 25 by 15 inches.
