Its design allows for low distortion and a very neutral sound to retain the natural tone of your instrument. A -15 dB pad and selectable high-pass filter at 80 Hz allow you to work with higher-volume sources and eliminate lower-frequency rumble if desired.The J48 Stereo requires 48V phantom power, and employs a switching power supply that uses the 48V to increase headroom and lower distortion. A polarity reverse switch enables you to correct any polarity issues, while the ground loop helps eliminate hum.
