Otherwise, internally NO tearing, NO markings, and only light aging to the pages, primarily around the edges.The exterior of this book is quite attractive and shows rather light shelfwear. Binding is tight and boxed. Preserved in an acid-free archival bag. I will happily answer any further questions.
