The medal appears to be made of stainless steel and measures 7.75 inches long by 3.5 inches wide. The medal is preserved in an acrylic casing so that overall measurements are 9 inches long by 4.75 inches wide. The acrylic casing is free of any scratches, chips or cracks. The obverse of the medal/plaque features the Paris Olympic logo along with the dates of the games (07/26 – 08/11 2024) in French. The reverse of the medal/plaque features the pictograms used to identify the different sports contested during the games. The medal plaque comes in a cardboard presentation case that depicts a scene from the opening ceremonies athlete flotilla on the Siene (on the inner cover) along with a magnetic clasp. This is an officially licensed product produced by the Cedar Packaging Group and features hologram sticker. This item is new in original packaging. The outer packaging is in excellent condition and may show some light cosmetic wear. Please note that the black easel stand was used to help me with the photos and not part of the listing.
