Description: Chair has some slight rust on the part it has steel(the foot tray) vs aluminum, wheels roll easy. Cleaned the front wheels from debris. Has a mini seatbelt and mini strap. Will take apart pieces to ship if think they will get damaged. Does have a front bracket that maybe had a table or brace that is missing these usually custom built for the individuals. Has a canopy on top to shield from sun as well as a bag on the bottom to carry extra items. Seat looks to be 12 inches by 12 inches far as seat. 14 inches to the foot rest, foot rest looks to be 12 inches wide x8 inches long. Seat is 16 inches tall 27 inches high about 33 inches long in folded position. Has a brake on the bottom for the pusher at foot level. Easy to deploy.
