The weight is approximately 4kg, measured by an amateur. It is believed to be from the FujiGen era in 1996 based on the serial number. I purchased it used about two years ago but am listing it for sale due to equipment changes. As I delve into the genre known as Japan Vintage, I kindly request your understanding of the condition and adherence to NCNR (No Claim, No Return). Both the body and head have many scratches from the time of purchase, but there are few buckle marks. Notably, the body top has an oil-based finish. I'm not sure if this was done by the previous owner or if it was from the factory, but it is not a glossy finish. Surprisingly, I found this finish appealing, and it has a charm not found in the original lacquer finish, including a slightly visible wood grain. I will clean it again before shipping, but the instrument is still in active condition. While the frets are at about 60-70%, there are no issues with pitch, and although various parts show age-related patina, it does not affect actual use. The pegs on the back of the headstock are slightly dirty. The neck has remained straight without ever adjusting the rod since the time of purchase. There was no specific mention at the time of purchase, so I believe there is room for adjustment. In terms of sound, I also own an original Les Paul, and this guitar matches its sound. It has a slightly more mature and well-rounded sound compared to the modern vibe of the USA Standard, with a presence that doesn't overly distort in a good way. It has a good sustain in the highs and sounds solid from clean tones to solos, making it versatile. I particularly like the sound when the selector is in the center position and used it frequently. For shipping, I have an extra SKB hard case, so I will pack it in there and ship it. I have treated this guitar as a backup with care.
