Description: ORIGINAL & VG USED Late-WWII Shoulder Pads For Packs Etc. (Dated 1945) Click images to enlarge Description This a GENERIC listing for an ORIGINAL pair of the shoulder pads that were issued late in the war for use with various packs, such as the M1910 and M1928 haversacks, M1936 Musette Bag and the Field Pack (better known as the "jungle" pack, but which also saw issue in the ETO). The pads slip onto the shoulder strap of the pack through two light tape "loops". These pads are dark olive drab shade #7 on both the top and underside, although some have light OD undersides as pictured. All pads as depicted are in VERY GOOD used condition and are dated 1945 on the underside. PLEASE NOTE: These are NOT the shoulder pads worn by Paratroopers, which were made of thick wool felt derived from dunnage in packing crates. The buyer will have my usual unconditional guarantee of authenticity and satisfaction and a five-day right of inspection and return/refund privilege, excluding postage.
