Description: A beautiful stylish 'De Ville' watch by Omega.Designed by Andrew Grima, Jeweller to the Queen, the Emerald line of Omega watches pioneered an iconic look, big bold square designs, with facetted glass and beautiful bracelets.This 50+yr old contemporary timepiece has been cleaned, sanitised and prepared ready for its new owner. The De Ville is a stylish and identifiable marque, suitable for any occasion, and is bound to invite comment from admirers, whether at work or at a function. This watch is in superb condition, and works as it should, keeping good vintage time, and has a power reserve in excess of 24hrs. The gold dial is in very good original condition, displaying a little patina as confirmation of its age, all seen through the stunning Omega Multi Facetted Mineral Glass. The 25mm x 23mm case is also very good, with the expected evidence of use, the 20mic gold plate is clean, bright and good for many more years use. The stainless steel case back is a snap fit, which closes positively. It is powered by Omega's Workhorse Calibre 620 17 jewel manual wind movement, winding and setting as it should with the signed crown. The new Polonaise style bracelet completes the look, and will fit a wrist size of 18.5cms. Its adjustable on a sliding clasp, all working well. Presented in a display case as pictured.
