Description: Hanging oil rain lamp by Johnson Industries. Made entirely of metal with resin center statue of Venus. The lamp is in perfect working condition as seen in the video. The lamp was deep cleaned. It has a few superficial signs of age and normal use. There is some brass patina in a few spots. No dents and absolutely no rust. We replaced the cord and switch and added an LED, multicolor, low profile light bulb. The original pump is in great condition and working quietly. We also provided new string and brand new, high quality brass tension rivets. It comes with 15’ of chain. Beautiful, half a century old vintage rain lamp from the early 70’s. All rain lamps from us come with a brief care guide on how to use it and care for it. If bought as a gift, please let us know the occasion. We would love to be part of the celebration! We strongly recommend using mineral oil appropriate for rain lamps. Oil with low viscosity produces an inferior effect. Oil is not included with this listing. If you need recommendation for a good quality rain lamp oil, we can certainly point you in the right direction. This lamp requires about a quart of oil.
