Condition of the book is likely in the VERY GOOD to VERY GOOD+ range with typical wear for an Golden Age book that is approaching 70 years old. There is spine stress, some light staining, creases and other common condition issues. Both staples appear to be attached. The spine area around the top staple is separating slightly from the book, but it is still definitely attached. A rare chance to own a hard-to-find pre-hero Atlas / Marvel book.
