It is in Mint/Brand New condition: all original and unused in a FACTORY-SEALED styrofoam insert. THE CONDITION OF THIS CABOOSE IS BASED ON APPEARANCE ONLY, AND IT WAS NOT TESTED FOR OPERATING PERFORMANCE. This sharp-looking Southern Pacific Caboose is painted in white throughout the body of the car with white end platforms and ladders, and it has perfect black lettering, and clean, crisp, realistic Southern Pacific Railroad Police and SP emblems and markings. It is almost 11 inches long, and it comes with interior overhead lighting, an attractive and colorful paint scheme, a detailed plastic body, a detailed car interior, die-cast metal four wheel trucks, metal wheels and axles, operating die-cast metal couplers, fast-angle wheel sets, needle-point axles, metal hand rails and with detailed brake wheels. It also comes with an original owner's manual and with a clean and complete, original MTH window box. The box shows some wear on the box corners, the box seams and the edges of the end flaps, but otherwise it is a nice, whole box. This attractive and unusual Southern Pacific Railroad Police Bay Window Caboose would look just great at the end of a MTH freight train, and it would be a most welcome addition to any collection or operating railroad!
