If you are not comfortable with opening your unit hire a Qualified Professional! Install is Relativity Straight Forward, Ensure Welder Is Disconnected from AC Power!! Disconnect the welder from the AC power source before proceeding with any maintenance or modifications. Remove Welders Cover: Carefully take off the cover from the welder to gain access to internal components. Release Front Panel Caps: Push out the caps that obstruct the holes on the front panel for the the Option you are Installing, leaving the small cap in place. Mount the Push Button: (Pulser Only) Securely install the button in the front panel do not remove o-ring from button. Mount the Pulse and / or Sequencer Board: Securely install the board and mount using the provided washers and nuts and connect the 4 pin Button Cable to Pulse Board. Connect Cables: Connect the 10-pin cable (Pulse Board) and 14 pin cable (Sequencer Board) to the Main Control board. There are 2 Version of main Boards, See Images: #3 Is Pulser and #4 is Sequencer On Both. Install and Set Knobs: Rotate the potentiometer fully clockwise (Right) Position knob so the the pointer aligns with the (Pulser) 100/10/95 and / Or (Sequencer) 15/5/25/100/100 lines press knobs to set it rotate knob back counter clock wise (Left). Test and Reassemble Machine.
