Water and Wind Resistant. The inner jacket securely fastens to the outer at the sleeves and the neck using a snap fastener. The Body, Hood, and Sleeves are 100% polyester. The filling is 100% Polyester, too. "Superior warmth without Weight" is a feature of this coat. I purchased this at the end of Winter to wear when riding my motorcycle, but didn't wear it. Another coat, similar to this one, but red was worn once or twice. It kept me very warm, worked well for my purposes. But, had to sell the motorcycle because of a physical condition of mine. I have the red one listed, too. I am 6'2", 240 lbs, long sleeve length, and coats fit perfectly without binding.
