Description: McCoy Manufacturing Standard Gauge Tinplate "Chief Cle Elum" 4-6-0 Steam Locomotive with Tender.***Each unit was hand assembled and hand painted. There are variations in finish, fit and operation.***This engine uses a unique McCoy original "Dual Armature" open frame motor. Special Conditions: Beautiful condition visually. But drive wheels are failing from zinc pest and have warped locking the motors. They are probably OK as the engine doesn't look used. The steam chest is also cracking.Notes: We have not repaired, rebuilt or refurbished any locomotives or cars. They are as we acquired them. The diecast drive wheels McCoy used unfortunately have a tendency to disintegrate over time (Zinc Pest). This renders the engines unable to operate but usually still display well.
