This is a silver and gold tone metal buckle with black enamel accents, made by Texas Western in 1984. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 3-3/4" x 2-5/8", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 4.6 oz.
