Description: Here is a saucer from a tea service made by the Ludwigsburg factory in the eighteenth century. It is five and one-half inches across and displays from the front as almost perfect, as the photos show. But a big section of the rim has been glued back in place, and this shows much more on the back, with a few chipped-out areas. The flower painting is still in excellent condition. Check the photos and see if this will do as a mate to your orphan cup. No other damage. Ref T917. I will combine shipping costs if you buy several items. Go ahead and buy them, but don't pay until I send a revised invoice the next day.Check my other user name (laureate.book7) for ceramics reference books as well as books about Horace the Roman poet (discount for buying several of the Horace books--contact me).
