When you purchase a quantity of "1," you will actually be purchasing 10 furbies. They will be chosen at random - > you may receive all hard ones, you may receive most hard and a soft or 2, it will be at complete random. While at least 90% of these are in excellent condition, you may receive one that has a flaw. It is not common at all, however there is a small chance that you may receive 2 of the same.
