The cover has some scrapes and soiled looking areas. The cover also has a moisture stain on the middle of the right side that affects the first 2 or 3 pages. The cover has some tears along the spine and there is an area ripped out on the back cover page. See photos. The inside is in really good shape aside from the moisture stain on the first few pages. There is also an address label on the cover.
