Lego City Train 4563 9v Load N Haul Railroad 99.9% comp w/inst missing a sticker

Description: Listed for sale is a LEGO City Train 4563 Load N Haul Railroad It is 99.9% complete with original instruction book, but missing one sticker Parts: Parts have minor shading differences (see pic). All parts correct for set and in average to good condition.. Printed parts: Present and in good condition. Stickers: Most stickers included, even Chevrons and triangular stickers on Train window piece are present, however Triangular stickers are pulling away from the LEGO piece.The missing sticker is the red Rail logo sticker on the back of the Engine. Minifigures: Great condition. All present and in good condition. All are correct Non-solid stud heads, and slight crack on one figures leg bottom, and one minor crack on Overall torso, otherwise it appears there is no cracking or torso, arms, or legs. (see pic). Instructions: Present and in average condition and original. 9v Track: all present and average to good condition. 9v Regulator: Present and working. 9v Motor: Present, good condition and working. Engine is 30 years old. I ran at different speeds, after about 15 minutes it slowed down and stopped but, after about 15-30 minutes, it ran again. All my LEGO sets, and boxed sets, are Authentic LEGO. All my LEGO sets are from a smoke free, and pet free, home. Shipping Insurance is mandatory (and included in shipping and handling (S&H) fees); Signature required over 700 USD: While I use new shipping boxes to ship items in and good quality packing material (and not brown shipping paper or old flimsy boxes used three times over), insurance is mandatory. I can not guarantee that damage will not occur by the shipping company in transit, which is why insurance is a requirement. If the item is over 700 dollars, Signature confirmation is also mandatory (fee included in S&H). Please note: I have boxed many items in the past and box them well but stuff happens.
