Laser Dark Fabric "Image Clip" transfer paper is for transferring onto dark and colored fabrics using a laser printer or copier and a heat press. Runs through oil and oil-free fuser machines. The Laser Dark "Image Clip" is a self-weeding transfer that transfers the coating only to the toner areas. The process requires two sheets. One sheet is the print sheet and the other sheet is the coated sheet. First print on the print sheet (purple logo) and then heat press the print sheet to the coated sheet (brown/tan logo). Peel the two papers apart and now the coating has transferred to the toner areas. Next, the print sheet is transferred to the fabric with a heat press. The Laser Dark "Image Clip" backprint is purple logo on the print sheet and light brown/tan logo on the coated sheet. SPECIAL NOTES: 1) THE PURPLE SHEET IS THE "IMAGING / PRINT SHEET" AND ALSO THE "SHEET TO TRANSFER ONTO FABRIC". THE TAN SHEET IS ONLY FOR TRANSFERRING OPAQUE COATING ONTO THE PURPLE IMAGED SHEET. 2) WHEN PRINTING, INCREASE TONER DENSITY. COATING ONLY ADHERES TO THICK TONER. COATING WILL NOT ADHERE TO LIGHT COLORED TONER AREAS. 3) WHEN MARRYING SHEETS, BE SURE HEAT IS 250F OR LESS. IF ACTUAL HEAT PRESS TEMPERATURE IS HOTTER THAN 250F, THE COATING MAY BURN AND TRANSFER UNEVENLY.
