It was frustrating right?I designed the plate in such a way as to ensure that the engine operates correctly and at the same time increases resistance for breakingAs you can see in the pictures, the front pockets do not collide with the back seal groove, so this element is as resistant as possible.After about a year of testing, I measured the plate again and it turned out that there was no wear. It could not be otherwise because 7075 raw aluminum has almost the same properties as steel.To create a product as good as possible, It was to a hard anodizing processThanks to this, the wear resistance increased double (four times as regular aluminum)The resulting product is very light thanks to aluminum and a clever design (redesign of the front cards), which allows the engine to work properly.And it has twice the abrasion resistance than steel thanks to the use of 7075 aluminum and hard anodizing process.It is also the most durable thanks to the use of the best material - 7075 aluminum.I've been riding for over four years on my Suzuki DRZ400 Supermoto and Honda CRF250R dirtbike equipped with my plate and I'm happy that I don't have to worry about the engine and my money.I have already sold hundreds of these plates in Poland and around the world and I have only satisfied customers.Choose wisely, save your engine and money.
