Description: This is being brought to you from the estate of Tom Dinkle of the Chicago Herd Impala SS Club who recently passed from cancer. When Tom found out he was sick he asked me to sell off all his NOS B-Body parts along with a lot of other collectibles and send the money to him. We were in the process of getting everything lined up to do that when he unexpectly passed. So to honor my friend Tom I am still going to honor his wish and sell all his stuff and send the money to his sister. Tom owned a Best Of Show Winning Black 1996 Impala SS which he took Great Pride in and everyone who ever met him loved him and his car. He was truly one of a kind and will be sorely missed! RIP MY FRIEND! Here we have a expired 2009 number 19 Specialty License Plate that was issued for the Chicago Herd in Illinois. It was a legal plate for a certain time period and this particular plate was used on a Black 1996 Impala SS. These were limited to only 50 sets per car club and they were impossible to get unless you were a club member and registered a car with the DMV to put them on. Sadly the only way to ever be able to buy a plate like this is that a Chicago Herd Member like Tom had to buy one each and every year, save them and then pass away before he would ever let go of them. I pray another Impala SS Lover will buy this and appreciate exactly what they have. Also I hope they think about Tom every time they look at it.
