Description: HTF Vintage Wilson Baseball Glove Mitt Ted Williams #A2174 Field Master Signed RHT Boston Red Sox.This glove is designed for the RHT Right Handed Thrower. Very good clean overall used condition vintage baseball glove (mitt). The original markings are visible in black color. The player in the middle of the palm. Just below is the Wilson A2174 made in USA. The Ted Williams signature is located on the pinky finger along with Fieldmaster. Grip Tite Pocket is located just below the web. All of the markings are located on the inside of the glove. The metal button that holds the wrist strap on the exterior of the glove is marked WILSON (see pictures).You could still use this glove or retire it and put it out for display. The previous owner’s name is located on the inside Thumb area in red marker. The glove is flat (see pictures), you will need to oil this glove and work it to make it fold again. Glove measures 9 inches. Measurement of the glove is measured from the top index finger to the bottom of the glove is. Run a flexible tape measure (I use a seamstress tape measure) down the finger and along the palm to the bottom of the glove.
