Description: This is a set of all 50 books. Dated 1909 and 1910. In very good condition for its age. They were my father-in-law’s collection. I do not see any writing in them. With 50 books it’s alway possible that I could have missed something. There is light yellowing/tanning. A few edge stains on pages. No folded or creased pages. There are some pictures in them, but not a lot. Some are red covers, some green, some tan. I don’t think he ever read them. They are tight. Just normal aging. Book shelf wear and ‘old book’ odor is minimal. I try to give a clear description. I could be missing something, but I believe I gave an overall good description. The First edition, as far as I can tell, was printed in 1885 by Roberts Brothers, then 1886 by Harvard University. This 1909-1910 set was printed by P. F. Collier & Son. Each book is 1.4 lbs. x 50 books and the weight of the box or boxes. It will be divided into multiple boxes to mail. I’ve been selling online since 2000, locally since 1983
