Description: This beautiful Bohemian art glass floriform vase is blown of cased glass with spreading colours. The interior of the vase is a opaque opal white color. The exterior of the glass begins with a cranberry colour at the flared rim and spreads to a pale shade of pink. The flared rim has a ribbon of amber coloured glass along the edge. On one side of the vase is decorated with sprays of wild roses in amber. Only the vase will glow under a UV light. No pontil on the base. Attributed to Bohemian glasshouse, Harrach. Circa. 1890's. 8" tall. The vase is 5" wide, at best.The rim is 4-1/2" diameter, and the low footed base is 2-3/4" diameter. Professional shipping is used with much care.
