It is lighter than the standard clamp type saddle and the great thing about pivotal is that once it is installed it is not gonna move. No more aggravating loosing up when you land your awesome trick. The size of the post is 25.4. This is the size most all steel bmx bikes use. Aluminum frames use a larger size which is available. The length is 200 m.m. The seat is reinforced with a tuff cover and is padded. It is 8 inches in length and 5 & 1/2 inches in width. Not to fat not to skinny!
