Description: This is an old Chinese export hand carved turquoise peach. The turquoise is beautiful on all sides with intricate open carving. The turquoise is struck with twisted copper which makes me conclude that the peach is much older than the chain and beads. The chain is sterling silver with stations of turquoise beads and tiny little black glass beads spacing the turquoise from the chain. The clasp is a replacement silver plate spring bolt clasp. This necklace is very striking on the neck. The color is a deep turquoise with a brown matrix.
